Breakfast was good, rooms nice, and staff very friendly.

Older hotel could use updating.

I liked the location best of all..and the of course people at the reception were very helpful.

Late checked in people (around mid night) were disturbing.

In general the service was excellant. Had updated double room with new furnishings and microwave, for example.

Stayed here for 2 days, greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with comfy and marvellous location in a good area. The breakfast had a great selection of selection, the food was fresh. Location: the property was just off the Madison, and the awesome antique shops.

I loved the comfy bed and the bathroom had a quiet sliding door. The fridge and microwave were handy too!

I found it convenient to walk over to the Madison Morgan Cultural Center, only about 4 km away, and I loved the easy access to the serene park views nearby, making my morning strolls good and refreshing.

The location was convenient, with the hotel smelling and looking clean upon arrival-always a plus. Front desk staff were professional and accommodating, even during a system outage. Breakfast was so good, with delicious egg omelettes and attentive service from a smiling attendant. The hallway on the third floor lacked air conditioning, and one room had noticeable cleanliness issues when we switched for better accommodations.

The cute staff made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable, and the room was clean and spacious for a romantic date. The hot breakfast was great with fresh options that fueled our day ahead.
